How delivery works at LLOYD
At LLOYD, we make sure your order is delivered quickly, safely, and exactly as intended.
Every LLOYD is prepared, checked, and shipped directly from our logistics center.
We deliver across Europe and worldwide using reliable logistics partners.
No hidden fees, regardless of where you order from.
Order recieved
After completing your order, you will receive an email confirmation within a few minutes.
This email contains your order details and a summary of your selected configuration.

Final check & preparation
At LLOYD, we usually have ready-to-ride stock available. Every bike in stock has already passed an initial quality check.
Before delivery, your LLOYD goes through a final inspection and is completed according to your selected configuration.
When delivered, the bike is fully adjusted and ready to ride. No setup or tuning required.

Delivery & scheduling
Because your LLOYD is transported as a large item, the exact delivery date is confirmed after your order leaves our warehouse.
Delivery times depend on the selected model. The configurator always shows the most accurate estimate.
Within Europe, delivery usually takes up to 10 days, depending on location and availability.

Delivery day
Once your LLOYD has been scheduled, you will receive a delivery day notification.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. As the bike is a large item, delivery to neighbours is usually not possible.
You can track and manage your delivery using the link that has been send by the extern company a few days before delivery(this link will not come immediately after your order confirmation, as we are preparing your bike).

Ready to ride
If your LLOYD arrives on a pallet, you can easily unpack it yourself.
The process is straightforward and requires no tools or technical setup.
Once unpacked, the bike is fully assembled and ready to ride immediately.

Delivery overview
• Delivery times depend on the selected model. The configurator always shows the current lead time.
• Within Europe, we aim for delivery within 10 working days after payment.
• Orders are handled by reliable large-scale transport partners with direct delivery service.
• Worldwide delivery is available upon request.
Note: During peak periods or for specific configurations, delivery may take slightly longer. You will be informed by email if this occurs.
