Returning your Lloyd

Returns are rare, but clarity matters.

If your experience is not what you expected, there is no need to worry. We believe a good purchase should also come with a clear and fair return policy.

You can return your LLOYD within 14 days after delivery. The process is straightforward and transparent, so you always know where you stand.

Return registration

If you wish to return your LLOYD, please contact our support team first.

All return requests are handled by email to keep communication clear and efficient. Once we receive your message, we will confirm your request and provide the return instructions.

Prepare your LLOYD for return

Please keep all original packaging materials and the pallet, if your bike was delivered on one, during the 14 day return period.

This helps ensure a safe and smooth return. Before pickup, make sure your LLOYD is clean and ready for collection.

Pickup scheduling

Once you confirm that your LLOYD is ready for return, we will arrange the pickup with one of our transport partners.

After scheduling, you will receive an update either from the transport partner or from us directly. Pickup usually takes place within three to seven working days after confirmation.

Inspection and refund

When your LLOYD arrives at our warehouse, it will be carefully inspected. Once the return is approved, we will process your refund and confirm it by email.

Return, repair or replacement

If something is not right, there is no need to worry. You may return your LLOYD within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason.

If you prefer to keep riding your LLOYD and an issue occurs, we will repair or replace the bike where appropriate. We always choose the most practical solution, with one clear goal: keeping you on the road with confidence.
