Article 3 – Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from the entrepreneur and to every distance contract concluded and orders placed between the entrepreneur and the consumer.

Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, it will be indicated before the distance contract is concluded that the general terms and conditions can be inspected at the entrepreneur’s premises and that they will be sent free of charge to the consumer as soon as possible upon request.

If the distance contract is concluded electronically, the text of these general terms and conditions may be made available electronically in such a way that the consumer can easily store it on a durable data carrier. If this is not reasonably possible, it will be indicated where the general terms and conditions can be consulted electronically and that they will be sent free of charge at the consumer’s request.

If specific product or service conditions apply in addition to these general terms and conditions, the consumer may always invoke the provision that is most favorable to them.

If one or more provisions of these general terms and conditions are wholly or partially null and void, the agreement and these conditions will otherwise remain in force.

Situations not covered by these general terms and conditions must be assessed in the spirit of these general terms and conditions.

Article 4 – The offer

The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the offered products and/or services. Images are indicative and may differ slightly from the actual product. Obvious mistakes or errors do not bind the entrepreneur.

Each offer clearly states the rights and obligations attached to acceptance, including price, taxes, delivery costs, payment methods, delivery, right of withdrawal, and contract duration where applicable.

Article 5 – The agreement

The agreement is concluded at the moment of acceptance by the consumer of the offer and compliance with the associated conditions.

If the agreement is concluded electronically, confirmation will be sent electronically. Until confirmation is received, the consumer may dissolve the agreement.

All agreements are concluded under the condition of sufficient availability of the product.

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal

For delivery of products

The consumer may dissolve the agreement without giving reasons within 14 days from the day after delivery.

During this period, the product and packaging must be handled with care and only used to the extent necessary to assess the product.

For electric cargo bikes, this means the bike must not have been ridden more than 15 kilometers.

If the consumer wishes to withdraw, they must notify Greenzone Mobility B.V. within 14 days and return the product within a further 14 days.

For purchases made in a physical store, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

For delivery of services

Service agreements may be dissolved within at least 14 days from the conclusion of the agreement.

Article 7 – Costs in case of withdrawal

Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after withdrawal, provided the product has been returned or proof of return has been supplied.

Article 8 – Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may be excluded for products made to the consumer’s specifications, personal items, perishable goods, sealed hygiene products after opening, and similar legally permitted exclusions.

Article 9 – The price

Prices include VAT and are not increased during the stated validity period, except where legally required. Typographical errors do not bind the entrepreneur.

Article 10 – Conformity and warranty

Products must comply with the agreement and applicable legal standards. Warranty does not apply in case of misuse, unauthorized modification, or abnormal conditions.

Article 11 – Delivery and execution

Orders are executed with care and delivered to the address provided by the consumer. Delivery times are indicative. Risk transfers upon delivery.

Article 12 – Long-term transactions

The consumer may terminate long-term agreements in accordance with statutory notice periods. Automatic renewal is limited as required by law.

Article 13 – Payment

Payments must be made within 7 working days unless otherwise agreed. In case of non-payment, reasonable costs may be charged within legal limits.

Article 14 – Complaints procedure

Complaints must be submitted within 7 days after discovery. Greenzone Mobility B.V. will respond within 14 days and seek a reasonable solution.

Article 15 – Disputes

Dutch law applies. The Vienna Sales Convention does not apply.

Article 16 – Additional provisions

Additional or deviating provisions must not be to the detriment of the consumer and must be recorded on a durable medium.
